The Butchers Kitchen Voucher is £125 each. One voucher admits one person. Dates subject to availability. All bookings made and vouchers sold are non-refundable.
The Butchery Class vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase; the expiry date is marked on the voucher. The recipient of the voucher needs to book their class before the expiration date; the class itself can take place after the expiry date. Once the voucher has expired it is unredeemable, we will not be able to accept this as payment towards a class.
Butchery classes are for over 18's only. As part of our alcohol license we have to operate a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. This shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving license, passport.

If you are wanting to book a specific date we recommend calling to check the date and booking over the phone as we cannot guarantee the date you want will be available when redeeming vouchers.
Changes cannot be made within 14 days of the class date. You are welcome to give us a call to see if we have someone on a waiting list that we can re book your space to. Unfortunately, if we are unable to rebook your space the booking will still go ahead in your name, however, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
Vouchers are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Post. The postcard size vouchers are nicely presented to give as a gift and come with a leaflet explaining the different Butchery Classes. Alternatively if it is a last minute purchase, we can send a voucher via email for you to print off yourself. Orders places after 3.30pm are processed the next working day.
All equipment and protective clothing is included. The protective clothing supplied must be worn. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the class of anyone not wearing the protective clothing. The meat you prepare on the course is yours to take home at the end of the evening.
We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time. In the unfortunate event of this being necessary, we will do our best to contact you at the earliest opportunity to let you know and you will be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the Butchers Kitchen of anyone who we believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS
Private Group bookings are becoming more and more popular on the Butchery Classes. We have taken group bookings for a range of things including corporate events, staff parties, Birthday parties, and even stag and hen parties. To make the class a private event, you will need to book out a minimum number of 8 places. Group booking can be arranged for anytime Monday-Saturday.
