Long gone are the days when turkey was just for saved for Christmas. Turkey is a very popular all year round product. Much of the turkey we source is from Oxfordshire and Wawickshire. The "Bronze" turkey is considered by many to be the most flavorsome. These are saved just for the Christmas trade.
